400,000 refugees flee Zamzam camp near El-Fasher

At least 400,000 individuals have been forced to evacuate from Sudan's largest displacement camp, Zamzam, located 9.3 miles south of Al-Fasher in the Darfur region following the seizure of control by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The RSF's assault on the camp resulted in hundreds of casualties, including deaths and injuries, as reported by both the government and humanitarian organizations.
