Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has prevented a significant attack in Yekaterinburg and arrested four teenagers who were planning to detonate a bomb in a crowded area. The FSB seized components for a homemade explosive device and has opened a criminal case. The teenagers, born in 2007 and 2008, shared the ideas of a banned terrorist organization and had also been involved in an arson attack on an interior ministry car.
