Fighting continues in Gaza
Israeli fighter jets and drones conducted airstrikes on more than 35 targets in the Gaza Strip. The targets included a rocket launcher, buildings used by terror groups, and other infrastructure. A drone strike killed a member of Hamas's Nukhba force who participated in an earlier attack. Israeli troops continue to operate in southern Gaza, killing dozens of gunmen in close-quarters combat and airstrikes. Somali forces kill 37 al-Shabab terrorists

Taiwan kicks off annual Han Kuang military exercise
Taiwan conducted anti-landing drills as part of its annual Han Kuang war games, aiming to simulate repelling a Chinese attack.
