According to a Taliban source, an Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) commander, a civilian, and a Taliban member were killed in clashes between Taliban fighters and ISIS-K extremists near the provincial capital of Firozkoh (Chaghcharan), Ghor Province. The Taliban had launched an operation near the city to arrest an ISIS-K commander when the fighting broke out. The Taliban source stated this operation was in retaliation for IS-K fighters killing three Taliban members two weeks prior. This event took place on 10/22/2024.

On Tuesday, a heavy clash between Somali government forces and the al-Shabab militant group in central Somalia resulted in the deaths of at least ten al-Shabab militants. The fighting began after al-Shabab attacked a rural area between Bod and Budbud in the Galgadud region, but the Somali army successfully repelled the assault. Iranian agents arrested from East Jerusalem
In another Iranian espionage case, seven East Jerusalem residents have been arrested for planning attacks in Israel, including the assassination of an Israeli nuclear scientist and a mayor. The suspects, aged 19 to 23, were recruited by an Iranian agent and had no prior criminal or security-related records.
