Nigerian forces, in collaboration with a hybrid force and supported by air components, intercepted and killed at least 15 Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists and wounded several others during an operation in the Guzamala area of Borno State. Nigerian forces recovered a substantial cache of weapons, which included seven AK-47 rifles, one Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) bomb and tube, two anti-aircraft guns, and 152 rounds of Shilka ammunition.
