On Saturday, New People's Army (NPA) rebels attacked a cassava milling facility in Barangay Siloo, Malitbog, Bukidnon, accusing the owner of grabbing indigenous people's lands. According to the NPA, a team of 12 armed insurgents overpowered the facility's guards and set fire to stocks of cassava chips, a milling machine, and a building, causing an estimated P3 million in damage.
