Tens of thousands of supporters of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic gathered in Belgrade for a rally following months of unrest across the country. The rally was held to launch a new movement, "Movement for the People and the State", which aims to "save" Serbia from forces working to "destroy" the country. Vucic accused student-led protests of threatening Serbia's peace and stability, and criticized national broadcaster RTS for its alleged role in an attempted "colour revolution".
